President & CEO
Jeff has more than 20 years of experience managing high-growth technology companies within the information services and healthcare industry. Jeff joined Connecture from previous senior roles as the Chairman of Strategic Health Services (now Orthus Health), as well as President of HealthGrades, where he was responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to these roles, Jeff served as the CEO and Board Director of Merge Healthcare, and President of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, where he led the company’s global sales and marketing teams, as well as the company’s Health Systems Group business unit. Jeff joined Allscripts via the acquisition of Extended Care Information Network, Inc. (ECIN), which he co-founded and where he served as CEO and President. While there, he was responsible for raising investment capital and led the company for eight years through start-up, early stage, and growth phases.
As CEO, Jeff is responsible for driving company growth strategies, operations, business functions, and overall organizational development.

Senior Vice President of Sales
Jean Landsverk has 18 years of senior management experience across a broad range of industries: healthcare, technology, financial services and the public sector. Jean joined the Connecture team from TriZetto, where she served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the National Market. She has led divisions and developed high performance teams for a wide variety of corporations including, Coca Cola , Western Union, First Data Corp, ARAMARK and Xerox ACS.
Jean is responsible for driving growth, managing innovation initiatives and overseeing go-to-market strategy for Connecture’s health plan solutions.

Senior Vice President of Broker Segment
Joe Donlan leads Connecture’s broker channel, where he brings more than 20 years of experience building innovative sales strategies in the healthcare technology sector. Joe began his career in business development, working directly with hospitals and health systems across the U.S. to solve complex business problems. In 2000, he co-founded Subimo, which helped pioneer the consumer-driven healthcare movement. WebMD acquired Subimo in 2006. The following year, Joe co-founded ConnectedHealth, which aimed to help consumers achieve better health and financial security. Over the next seven years, ConnectedHealth’s benefits technology became a leading marketplace solution for brokers and employers alike.
As Senior Vice President – Broker Segment, Joe is responsible for expanding Connecture’s footprint in the broker market, overseeing go-to-market strategy and driving sales.

Senior Vice President of Provider Segment
Peter has more than 10 years of management experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Connecture, Peter was the SVP-GM of the Healthgrades Quality Solutions Group. There, he provided direction and thought leadership to hospital marketing organizations operating in a shifting market. Concurrently, he led a team of expert consultants focused on improving the quality performance of hospital clinical organizations. Peter has also held executive sales leadership roles at Merge Healthcare and IBM.
As SVP and leader of Connecture’s Provider team, Peter is responsible for go-to-market strategy and execution in the fast growing “provider sponsored health plan” segment. He also serves as executive sponsor of Connecture’s Medicare and government business.

Chief Financial Officer
Brian joins Connecture from Datica Health, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, Brian oversaw financial, administrative, and services teams, helping to double recurring revenue year over year. Prior to this, he held roles as Chief Financial Officer and Controller at Influence Health and Epic Systems. With more than 20 years of financial and operational leadership experience, Brian has helped drive M&A activity and integrations, improved operating performance and created strong shareholder value for multiple companies.

EVP Corporate Development
Vince is a senior executive with over 25 years of healthcare experience. Prior to Connecture, Vince was with HealthMEDX, LLC, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Development from 2011 through 2016. Prior to HealthMEDX, Vince’s experiences include CEO of Heartland Information Services, Chief Financial Officer of VISICU, and VP Corporate Development at McKesson.

Chief Delivery Officer
Mark has more than 30 years of experience in the software and healthcare technology industries. Prior to joining Connecture, he was Senior Vice President of Analytic Consulting for Truven Health Analytics. Mark also served as Chief Technology Officer at Mercury MD, a rapidly growing healthcare technology company; Director of Business Intelligence for SAS Institute, the world’s largest private software company; Chief Operating Officer with Buildnet; and held a variety of positions with Solomon Software.
Mark oversees all client delivery, ongoing client services, and operational activities for Connecture. His technical and client service expertise provides insight and direction to all areas of Connecture’s Sales, Services, and Product organizations to ensure Connecture’s clients receive excellent products and customer service.
Chief Marketing Officer
Stephanie has more than 20 years of experience driving marketing programs and growth teams in the financial services and healthcare industries. Stephanie joined Connecture from GE Healthcare, where she served as Head of Global Marketing Operations and was responsible for modernizing the function of marketing through strategic management of people, process and platforms. Prior to her position at GE, Stephanie held a variety of roles in strategic marketing, marketing operations, product management and product development.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Stephanie is responsible for facilitating growth, sales and marketing strategies. She oversees Connecture’s product marketing, digital marketing and channel marketing teams.

Proven Executive with over 25 years of experience in leading technology companies/divisions and transforming them into profitable, innovative entities that execute flawlessly. Numerous COO, CIO and CTO offices held with 3 successful business turnarounds and recently orchestrated a $30M exit to a Private Equity Group. He specializes in organizational management/design, project and portfolio management, product and technology roadmaps, implementation and operations. Prior to joining Connecture, Bob was COO of Peoplenet, CIO of Aetna Population Health and prior to that, he held leadership positions at Molina, ACS/Xerox and AT&T. Bob received his BS in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Florida and his MBA from Nova Southwestern University.

Senior Director of Human Capital
Scottie is an I/O psychologist and human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience in software technology and related industries. With expertise in building human resources infrastructure and providing human capital scalability during significant organic and acquisitive growth, Scottie has a wide range of experience managing all aspects of human capital; including ongoing business and employee needs assessments; culture and employee engagement; recruiting and selection; employment branding; compensation and benefits; and performance and learning.
As Senior Director of Human Capital, Scottie has responsibility for overall human capital strategies, and developing and delivering talent management programs that support Connecture’s overall strategic direction.

Lea has more than 15 years of experience providing healthcare and technology-related legal, policy, and compliance advice in the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Connecture, she was in-house counsel for a health insurance company, where she provided legal advice to the government programs business unit on a variety of transactional, regulatory compliance, and policy and legislative affairs matters. Lea also served as counsel for the Minnesota House of Representatives Health and Human Services Committee, where she provided legal, legislative, and policy advice to legislators in a nonpartisan office on a variety of healthcare related issues.
As General Counsel for Connecture, Lea is responsible for managing the legal affairs of the company.
