Our Implementation Services staff manages the implementation process from configuration through user acceptance testing to deployment. After deployment, our Customer Support staff takes over providing ongoing support, maintenance, and hosting services. We also offer consultative support such as workflow assessment, return on investment studies, and rollout programs to help you get the results you expect.
And because we solely focus on the health insurance industry, we have dedicated resources that monitor the federal and statutory regulatory environment, including HIPAA and relevant state regulations. We work closely with some of the industry's leading advocacy groups, such as AHIP and BCBSA, to stay current on these regulations. We also work with each of our customers on HIPAA and related privacy matters, both at the federal and state level, and actively participate with our customer's legal and regulatory teams, as well as technology resources, to ensure that HIPAA guidelines and regulations are implemented according to their specific requirements.

Testing - Connecture employs a dedicated team of Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts to review and test all solutions prior to delivery to our customers for User Acceptance Testing. We work closely with your team to ensure our test cases are in synch to ensure high quality throughout the life of the solution.
Integration - As a standard component of all our implementations, Connecture has successfully integrated with and leveraged existing legacy system functionality. This flexibility and experience will help to reduce project costs, implementation timeframes and total cost of ownership.
Deployment Options - Connecture offers both installed and hosted approaches for our solutions. Connecture currently provides hosting services for many of our customers, including several of the largest health plans in the country. Some of these customers choose long-term hosting; others start with a hosted solution to gain speed to market and then transition the solution to their data center. Some customers choose to have us manage the application hosted in their data center. In all of these options, we meet service level objectives that are important to our customers both during peak and slow times.
Customer Support - Once your solution is launched we provide you with an experienced team of professionals to maintain business rules for you and grow the platform as your business needs change. We continue to work with you and your team post-launch to meet your ongoing requirements. Connecture's superior customer support can resolve the full range of technical issues facing your enterprise, from scheduled upgrades to unscheduled outages.
