Curt has more than 20 years of experience working with insurance information systems. The breadth of his experience on the vendor side and also at an employee benefits insurance carrier gives him a unique perspective, which helps him understand both the technical and business challenges health plans face. Curt is responsible for Connecture’s product research and development and sales engineering, and his team works closely with professional services on new client implementations.

In his nine years at Connecture, Mike has been responsible for developing the strategy and direction of the InsureConnect suite technology platform, and more recently, managing the delivery of InsureConnect EZ. Mike's career in technology spans 18 years, 11 of which have been in the insurance industry. He has experience working for both corporations and consultants, and has been involved in projects at every stage, from gathering requirements to ongoing product enhancements.

Tom has 15 years experience in the software development industry, working in the financial and health care insurance sectors. Prior to Connecture, he was a developer at health insurance software companies such as The Mutual Group and CCI.

 

In his current role, Tom is responsible for the entire lifecycle of all of Connecture’s products throughout all of their stages of product development. He manages a multi-site team of developers, contributes in the company’s regular product development strategy sessions, and participates on Connecture’s Release Steering Committee.
