Three deployment paths are offered. All include full support and maintenance capabilities for all solutions.
Deployment paths:
- Hosted solution – Connecture hosts your solution at our data center. We provide this service for many clients, including some the country’s largest insurers. Our standard uptime commitment is 99.9%, with minimal scheduled maintenance. Connecture hosting includes management of all upgrades, hardware, and third-party software on your behalf, as well as 24/7 monitoring of the application.
- On-site software installation – Connecture installs the system at your data center, using our proven processes. We first work with your IT staff to learn your infrastructure, technology standards and processes, network bandwidth, and security policies and procedures, ensuring a successful installation.
- Managed hosting – Connecture hosts the application at your data center, using your hardware and monitoring. We work with your team to install the solution in your data center and directly maintain it with upgrade installation and patches via a point connection or secure access through your firewall.
